The Crown Is Yours
We're looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to enhance our culture across offices in North America. You'll lead initiatives that create connected, inclusive experiences for in-office and remote teams, ensuring our spaces reflect DraftKings' hospitality, operational excellence, and global culture. This role is key to maintaining a consistent and engaging employee experience while tailoring programs to the needs of our North America workforce.
What you'll do as a Manager, Workplace Experience
  • Commit to fostering relationships with team members throughout our North American offices to understand their needs, how our current offerings are impacting their experience, and finding ways to elevate the company culture.
  • Lead and develop the Workplace Experience team, fostering growth, collaboration, and continuous learning through coaching, mentorship, and clear performance goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships for on-site employee perks, catering and pantry programs, including communications, scheduling, and calendar management.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Senior Manager on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction and impact.
  • Collaborate with the Global Events Manager on the planning and execution various project, initiatives, and events.
  • Work in conjunction with Facilities to provide on-site maintenance support.
  • Ensure building specific operational requirements are being met (overnight HVAC, elevators, and construction).

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in workplace experience and/or office management, with at least 2 years of proven success leading and developing teams.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer focus in communicating and handling visitors.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency with G-Suite.
  • Well organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide data-driven feedback and results.
  • Ability to travel to support all NA office locations.

Join Our Team
We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 98,400.00 USD - 123,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
