Position Summary:
CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Technology Strategy & Business Operations (S&O) in Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS) organization. The ISTS organization is a large, dynamic, complex and high-performing organization that spans Infrastructure, CyberSecurity, Digital workplace, Solutions Engineering Enterprise Systems, Developer Experience, Software and Strategic Operations functions.
As a Manager (IC) S&O, you will work with S&O leads and the leadership team and drive the strategic plan for the organization. You will help to shape how we align and execute against key initiatives that unlock the potential of technology in service of our business goals. To be effective in role, you will demonstrate strong technical and business acumen, collaborative influence and analytical problem-solving.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations or Management Consulting, or Product Management with specific expertise in Technology Strategy development and execution
- 2+ years of experience supporting organizational change, e.g., strategic initiatives, products, services etc.
- Understanding of technology concepts as they relate to large enterprises. Previous IT/High-tech experience highly valuable, understanding of IT hardware/software/services/Security technology trends

- Strong communication skills, and relationship building across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and structure recommendations and build compelling narratives, with quantitative and qualitative lens
- Strong Program/ Project Management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to quickly understand a complex enterprise function in a highly matrixed organization
- A passion for continuous learning and innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Support developing a comprehensive multi-year view of our technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with our Business Unit strategies, in collaboration with S&O lead(s), and ISTS leadership team and key stakeholders
- Help drive strategy alignment, planning and execution rhythm and operational excellence in collaboration with Strategy & Ops leads, chief-of-staff team and cross-functional product, engineering and operations teams within ISTS and DDAT and other internal functions e.g. Finance, Procurement, HR etc.
- Track strategic initiative progress through KPIs and drive accountability for execution
- Support vendor/partner alignment efforts as needed
- Help identify gaps, and support resolution of cross-functional execution across the strategy spectrum
- Create executive presentations, communications, and summary documents
- Research, analyze and stay engaged with the general technology landscape to inform investments and priorities
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
