Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations and deployment aspects of the Sales and Operations Planning (SnOp) process. This includes ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Actively engage with collaborators to gather requirements and improvement requests for the SnOp process. This involves understanding their needs, documenting their requests, and ensuring these are incorporated into the planning process.
  • Maintain and manage the backlog for SnOp, ensuring that all tasks and requests are prioritized and tracked. Regularly update the status of these tasks to keep all partners informed.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure that the SnOp program is on track. This involves coordinating activities, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that project achievements are reached.
  • Engage in the requirement gathering process for My Supply Chain (MySC) by working closely with business partners. Document all activities and requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage updates and status reports for the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that the MySC program is progressing as planned. Provide regular updates and address any deviations from the plan.
  • Oversee the execution of Scrum methodologies, including managing the backlog, facilitating Scrum meetings, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the sprint goals.
  • Lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions for MySC, SnOp and/or other product enhancements. This involves coordinating with various teams, setting objectives, and ensuring that all planned activities are aligned with the overall program goals.
  • Engage and collaborate with other functions such as cybersecurity, data analytics, and other relevant departments. This guarantees a broad approach to the SnOp, MySupplyChain and/or other product processes and taps into knowledge from different areas.
  • Participate in, lead, and develop future roadmaps and enhancements with global supply chain partners. Involves finding opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with global supply chain objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 plus years of experience in a supply chain-related environment, showcasing a strong grasp of supply chain processes and standard methodologies.
  • Has a strong understanding of AWS architecture and processes, which is essential for managing and optimizing cloud-based supply chain solutions.
  • Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and processes is desired but not required. This knowledge would be beneficial for managing and integrating cloud-based solutions across different platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git, Debugging, SQL & APIs
  • Agile Certification is a plus. It indicates familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them in project management.
  • Exhibits a high affinity for process mapping and data flow, which is critical for analyzing and improving supply chain processes. This skill helps in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
  • Have strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, complete, and coordinate projects independently. This includes managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  • Demonstrates agility in quickly adjusting to changing priorities and balancing multiple tasks simultaneously. This skill is crucial for maintaining productivity in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills, especially within the Tax Department and when engaging with external collaborators and tax authorities. This includes the ability to clearly articulate ideas and advocate for necessary changes or improvements.
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills, facilitating the clear communication of information to diverse groups, such as collaborators and team members.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. This ensures clear and effective interactions with colleagues, collaborators, customers, and team members.

Salary Range
Salary Ranges - $129,800.00 - $165,490.00

Benefits eligible: This position offers health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, adoption assistance program, educational assistance program, flexible ways of working, and time off policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation/PTO). Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
Bonus eligible: This position is eligible for a bonus, calculated based on individual and company performance.
Long term Incentive eligible: This position is eligible for stock or other equity grants pursuant to McDonald's long-term incentive plan.
