POSITION TITLE: Manager, Talent Solutions Systems & Data

LOCATION: Remote

REPORTS TO: Director, Talent Solutions & Job Attainment


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Per Scholas seeks a Manager, Talent Solutions Systems & Data to partner with the National Training Team and local sites to strengthen how data is used across HubSpot and Salesforce to drive job attainment results. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the HubSpot Sales and Marketing Platforms (certifications in HubSpot Reporting and Sales Hub Software are preferred) and working knowledge of Salesforce data processes. This person must be able to explain complex system concepts clearly to staff with varying levels of technical experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Systems, Data Quality, and Reporting

  • Monitor data quality through regular reporting, highlighting areas of persistent concern for improved training for staff.
  • Provide detailed analysis of pertinent data and KPIs to provide real-time insights into Talent Solutions performance.
  • Create HubSpot and Salesforce reports and data visualization dashboards as requested by organization leaders, including MDs, National Leadership, and the Training Support Team.
  • Support special projects as assigned. 

Systems Training and Support

  • Provide user training support to Talent Solutions and Professional Development staff, maximizing platform adaptation and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Manage #Talent-Solutions slack channel, addressing and resolving staff questions regarding our tools and systems whenever able and escalating issues as needed.
  • Work with the Sales Enablement team creating training manuals, and providing training delivery to Talent Solutions and Professional Development staff.
  • Work with local talent solutions to ensure data quality across the organization, triaging areas of concern as appropriate.
  • Work with the Talent Solutions Team on related process improvements, workflow development, automation, and reporting.
  • Provide specialized tracking, reporting, and data analysis support to Talent Solutions Staff, MDs, and other organization leaders as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US:

Professional Qualifications

  • At least one to two years of Sales, Business Development, Training, or CRM experience with a proven track record of meeting KPIs
  • Experience presenting to senior executives (C-Level), operational managers as well as technical and non-technical staff
  • Relationship management skills to build rapport with local Talent Solutions staff to help drive job attainment
  • Expert business knowledge to understand the business needs that drive clients to hire Per Scholas graduates
  • Demonstrated creativity in the development of solutions to diverse customer needs
  • Track record of excellent relationships with partners and executives

For this role specifically, the salary range is between $55,000/year and $60,000/year, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.
