As our Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead and evolve our talent acquisition function to meet the demands of a growing global team. You'll manage a team of talent partners while also owning high-impact searches. This is a critical leadership role focused on building scalable processes, improving candidate experience, and partnering with business leaders on hiring strategy. You will drive our Talent Team to deliver diverse pipelines of incredible talent and ensure we continue to uphold our commitment to the best candidate experience possible. You will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and presenting KPIs to the leadership team; and continually identifying and implementing best practices.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs, prioritization, and workforce planning
- Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for speed, quality, and experience
- Implement and scale recruiting infrastructure, including ATS tools, data dashboards, and workflows
- Monitor key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, candidate NPS, etc.) to drive accountability and results
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through partnerships, content, and events
- Manage vendor relationships and sourcing platforms to support team productivity
- Serve as trusted advisor, proactively consulting with business leaders on short and long-term hiring goals and developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that deliver results
- Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output
- Partner with business leaders to strategize and execute on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) priorities and drive recruiting-related initiatives to support diverse hiring efforts.
- Build recruiting team capability to proactively source and develop diverse candidate pools
- Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of talent management experience required, B2B SaaS - Startup environment preferred
- 3+ years of people management experience required
- Expert knowledge in managing processes to support a thoughtful hiring process that meets hiring goals
- Comfortable partnering with senior leadership and management teams on hiring initiative
- Ability to take decisive action with a focus on results, along with strong business acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong data and analytical skills to pull current hiring reports
- Strong track record of partnering with the business to enable scalability in hiring goals
- Passionate about candidate experience, diversity, and culture-building through hiring
- Agile, adaptable, and collaborative—willing to roll up your sleeves and close key roles

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $163,900 - $202,400
Tier 2: $147,500 - $151,800
Tier 3: $131,100 - $161,900
