ANINE BING is looking for a hands-on, systems-savvy Manager, Solutions Architect.
This role is critical to how our business runs — designing scalable processes, building cross-functional solutions, and ensuring the systems that power our global operations are optimized for growth.
You’ll work closely with teams across IT, Retail, Logistics, Inventory, Finance, and Customer Service to translate business needs into efficient, scalable solutions. This is a unique opportunity to solve problems at the root, connect the dots between teams, and help a fast-growing fashion brand run smarter and faster.
This is a hybrid role based at our Los Angeles HQ, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the SVP of Strategic Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities:- Architect Scalable Systems & Workflows: Partner with IT and functional leaders to design solutions across ERP (NetSuite), POS (NewStore), OMS, Shopify, and more
- Map and Improve Business Processes: Identify operational gaps, propose improvements, and implement streamlined workflows to drive efficiency
- Enable Operational Success: Support end-to-end order flow, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment execution through smart systems design and troubleshooting
- Lead Testing & Rollouts: Own business-side QA, testing, documentation, and training as part of systems enhancements or tool implementations
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connector between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring all systems are aligned and effective
- Partner on Vendor and Integration Work: Support vendor evaluation, manage third-party systems input, and assist with systems integration strategy
- 6–8+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or process design, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce
- Strong experience with platforms like NetSuite, NewStore, and Shopify
- A process-oriented, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- A get-it-done attitude and a collaborative, cross-functional work style
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global business
