We’ve just closed an incredible $77m Series B funding round led by Bessemer, fueling our mission to redefine the creator economy. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional product solutions and shaping the future of digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

About the role…

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems-minded Manager of Revenue Operations to own and scale the operating engine behind our revenue team. This role is critical in aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance around a unified go-to-market motion — enabling smarter decisions, tighter execution, and faster growth.

You’ll oversee the tools, processes, reporting, and strategies that drive revenue efficiency and accountability. As a key leader within our Brand Growth org, you’ll partner cross-functionally to unlock insights, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure our GTM teams are set up to thrive.

Roles and responsibilities…

Architect Scalable Revenue Infrastructure:

  • Design and optimize sales processes across the full funnel — from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and post-sale handoffs.

Own Our GTM Tech Stack:

  • Serve as the admin and strategist for our revenue systems, including Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Outreach, Docusign, ZoomInfo, and Similarweb. Ensure integration, adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement.

Drive Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Lead end-to-end accurate forecasting and rigorous pipeline reviews. Build dashboards and reporting cadences that track KPIs across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Lead Planning & Performance Cadence:

  •  Partner with Finance and Sales on annual and quarterly GTM planning — including quota design, territory assignment, capacity modeling, and incentive structures.

Enforce Process & Data Discipline:

  • Implement and drive compliance with process standards, including CRM hygiene, deal stage management, lead routing logic, and SLA adherence.

Elevate Team Enablement:

  • Support the sales team with structured enablement — onboarding programs, sales playbooks, process documentation, and tech stack training.

Unlock Insights:

  • Analyze rep productivity, campaign ROI, conversion rates, and channel performance. Use data to influence strategy and improve decision-making across GTM.

Our non-negotiables…

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM management — experienced in end-to-end Salesforce management, from building reports and dashboards to configuring flows, automations, and system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with tools including:
    Gong (call intelligence)
    Slack (communication & automation workflows)
    Outreach (sales engagement)
ZoomInfo & Similarweb (prospecting and account intelligence)
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets proficiency
  • Deep experience owning forecasting, funnel reporting, pipeline management, and compensation operations
  • Track record of building scalable RevOps systems in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • High EQ and communication skills — you align teams, manage change, and lead projects cross-functionally
Strategic thinker with a bias toward action — comfortable moving between big-picture planning and tactical execution

Additional skills and attributes…

  • Experience in ecommerce, creator economy, or influencer marketing
  • Experience with no code automation tools such as Zapier, Workato, etc
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools or revenue recognition workflows
  • Strong dashboarding and data visualization chops (e.g. Looker, Tableau)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
