Coach Korea is looking for a Retail Learning & Development Manager, whose role is delivering skills for improving sales/service capability of store teams. To design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs. The incumbent will work closely with retail and cross functional partners to deliver skill building training solutions.

Primary Purpose:
Coach Korea is looking for a Retail Learning & Development Manager, whose role is delivering skills for improving sales/service capability of store teams. To design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs. The incumbent will work closely with retail and cross functional partners to deliver skill building training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and projects for retail staff in alignment with the annual training calendar.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of target audiences and training needs to define clear learning objectives and create content for both virtual and in-person formats.
- Collaborate with retail managers to identify training needs using business metrics and develop agile, business-aligned learning solutions.
- Support the implementation of the company's training strategy in close partnership with global training teams.
- Ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery across markets in accordance with Coach Experience standards.
- Operate and manage customer feedback programs and training platforms.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of training programs, manuals, and related materials.
- Prepare regular training reports to evaluate effectiveness, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance staff performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor service standards, customer acquisition strategies, and training innovations.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide on-the-job coaching to frontline staff.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute training initiatives.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- ※ Preferred majors: HRD or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development within a customer-facing, multi-location environment
- ※ Retail industry experience is preferred
- Possession of professional training certifications is a strong advantage (e.g., HRD, certified trainer credentials)
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive business performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
- Ability to perform routine tasks while proactively seeking opportunities for process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and strong resilience in adapting to change and overcoming challenges
