About Carda

Carda Health is building the world’s first patient-centered virtual heart and lung platform, starting with cardiac and pulmonary rehab. With only 10% of eligible patients accessing rehab, we’re revolutionizing care through accessible, effective, and engaging home-based programs. Backed by top investors, we partner with leading hospitals and insurers to expand access to life-saving treatments.

We are a team of clinicians, mathematicians, entrepreneurs, and engineers who believe technology and data, when applied ethically, can transform healthcare.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build and execute provider marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Carda’s virtual heart and lung platform. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to engage healthcare providers and health plans, and has a proven track record of driving growth at a high-growth company.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting healthcare providers and health plans
  • Create compelling content and messaging tailored to physicians, hospital administrators, health plans, and industry influencers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key provider stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • Analyze market trends, provider needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and product teams to create seamless provider experiences.
  • Establish scalable marketing processes to support long-term growth.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience building provider marketing strategies from scratch at a successful high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive provider engagement and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare, provider networks, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing effectiveness and optimizing strategies.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in health-tech or digital health.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

At Carda, we are building something that matters. If you’re ready to help transform digital health and shape the future of provider marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
