About the RoleThe Manager, Promotions & Copy will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all promotional and seasonal merchandising campaigns across digital platforms. This role will drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and high-impact execution of marketing moments, markdown events, and category-specific storytelling.What You'll Do
  • Partner on the digital promotional calendar, ensuring alignment across Site, and vehicle teams.

  • Lead promotional merchandising for key brand events (e.g., Back-to-School, Black Friday, End-of-Season) across US and Canada sites.

  • Partner with Analytics and Planning to evaluate promotion effectiveness and drive continuous customer journey improvement.

  • Guide Creative & Brand partners on site needs and promotional asset requirements.

  • Manage site readiness and QA for all promo-related updates.

  • Lead a team of assistants, coordinators, and/or specialists focused on promotions and markdown execution.

  • Own promotional copy across PDPs and coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Who You Are
  • 7+ years of ecommerce or site merchandising experience with deep knowledge of promotional strategy.

  • Demonstrated success managing high-impact seasonal campaigns and cross-functional workflows.

  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize execution based on learnings.

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment skills.

  • Experience managing and developing a team.

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills a plus.
