Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager & Technical Support to lead and support initiatives within our Enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and hands-on technical knowledge of Salesforce to ensure successful delivery of projects and ongoing platform support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Define project scope, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Salesforce Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and integrations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with user needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Salesforce environment.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Respond to compliance-related requests and audits with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Vendor & Financial Management: Manage vendor relationships and oversee annual payment processes, ensuring timely execution in accordance with contracts and budget guidelines.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including deliverables, deadlines, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and operations, preferably within operations or Plan Sponsor Services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience leading Salesforce-related projects or teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and related platforms.
  • Strength in problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong execution and delivery skills.
We support a hybrid work environment. If selected and you live near a suitable work location, you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy. Under the policy, all hires for in-scope populations should be placed into a hybrid or office-based location, working onsite three days a week.Aetna Service Operations office/hub locations will be discussed with the selected candidate.Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional training/experience.
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
