As Manager, Product Operations on Ro’s Care Delivery team, you will play a key role in optimizing non-clinical workflows, collaborating with the Product team on new roll-outs / launches and driving continuous improvement of our processes. You will work closely with our Product teams to deeply understand the implications of their launches and work closely with our frontline teams to update respective standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will dig into the metrics impacted, share insights (quantitative and qualitative), make recommendations and pull levers to drive incremental improvements. You will support and optimize core business processes in partnership with cross-functional partners. You’re someone who is known for delivering results, with the range to go deep in the data and make any process you touch more effective.
What You'll Do:
- Own and optimize core non-clinical operational processes that support Ro’s frontline teams
- Collaborate closely with Product team to influence seamlessly plan for and execute roll-out of new launches
- Establish and monitor key business metrics following roll-outs, keep a pulse on key business metrics, identifying trends and areas for opportunity in core areas, and as needed, perform ad hoc data analyses and propose related solutions / optimizations
- Create and deliver memos with key insights and recommendations to inform and/or influence stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Data and Care Delivery leadership on cross-functional projects and processes that touch our non-clinical frontline teams
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role (i.e. top-tier management consulting, investment banking, etc.) and/or at a high growth startup (i.e. Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, etc.); ideally experience working closely with Product & Engineering teams
- Experience delivering results, with the range to go deep in the data and make any process you touch more effective.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to factor in the perspective of different stakeholder groups (including frontline teams), influence cross-functional partners and tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated operational skills with ability to zoom in on nitty gritty details just as well as you can zoom out to provide strategic direction
- Experience with modeling and data analysis in Excel / Google Sheets, Looker experience a plus

The target base salary for this position ranges from $123,700 - $155,500, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
