The Upmarket product line is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate product leader to help our largest customers manage their organizations with confidence. Upmarket specializes in supporting companies with 200+ employees, enabling them to manage complex account structures, control access, maintain data security, and operate efficiently at scale.

As Manager, Product Management – Upmarket, you’ll lead a team of Product Managers in a player-coach capacity. You’ll shape strategy, elevate product craft, and drive alignment across Engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders while delivering solutions that help enterprise customers scale securely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting a high bar for craft, strategy, and execution.

  • Operate as a player-coach, contributing directly to product strategy while growing team capability.

  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the Upmarket product area as a core member of the Product Triad (Product, Engineering, UX).

  • Drive alignment across cross-functional partners, clarifying priorities and motivating teams toward shared outcomes.

  • Translate complex and ambiguous customer challenges into clear product direction and measurable results.

  • Guide new product ideas from early discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Engage directly with customers to deeply understand workflows, organizational complexity, and scaling challenges.

  • Use data and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and improve the customer experience.

  • Strengthen HubSpot’s position in the upmarket segment by balancing security, scalability, usability, and administrative efficiency.

What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers.

  • Demonstrated success launching customer-facing products in SaaS or platform environments.

  • Strong multidisciplinary thinking, combining market, business, and technical insights to evaluate tradeoffs.

  • Ability to articulate product vision clearly to executives, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience partnering closely with Design and Engineering teams on a regular basis.

  • Deep respect for cross-functional collaborators, including Engineering, UX Research, and Analytics.

  • Strong customer empathy and a drive to deeply understand and solve meaningful problems.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal leadership skills.

  • Passion for cultivating healthy, psychologically safe teams and facilitating growth-oriented conversations.

  • Ability to make decisions and iterate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

  • Understanding of the competitive enterprise and SaaS landscape.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience building enterprise-grade features related to permissions, governance, security, or data management.

  • Experience serving customers with complex account structures or multi-team organizations.

  • Experience scaling product strategy within a high-growth SaaS business.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$207,700$332,300 USD
