Division: Global Product Analytics and Insights 

Line Manager: Sr Director, Global Product, Analytics, and Insights 

Contract Terms: Full-time/Regular 

 

THE TEAM 

The Global Product Analytics and Insights Team at Ticketmaster is a highly skilled and collaborative team that identifies opportunities for improvements to product features and drives overall revenue by innovating new ways to look at data and providing analysis and insights.  

 

THE JOB 

We are looking for a hands-on, technically fluent Experimentation Lead with deep e-commerce experience to drive our product experimentation strategy across all product areas. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and data, ensuring that our teams can launch statistically sound, scalable experiments and build a culture of test and learn at speed. 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key digital metrics aligned with business objectives. 

  • Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform product strategy. 

  • Utilize A/B testing to uncover behavioral patterns, optimize user flows, and deliver actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap prioritization. 

  • Work closely with engineering partners to establish and govern feature flag frameworks, and data instrumentation standards that support experimentation. 

  • Build strong relationships with product managers, analysts, and technical stakeholders to foster a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous learning. 

  • Partner with analytics and research teams to triangulate quantitative and qualitative insights, enriching our understanding of customer behavior and surfacing new growth opportunities. 

  • Build test variations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS without requiring developer support on every idea 

 

 ​WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) 

  • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate test design, execution, and analysis across web and mobile e-commerce environments. 

  • Working knowledge of feature flag systems and experimentation platforms such as Monetate, Optimizely or similar. 

  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to implement flag-based testing, and scale experimentation infrastructure. 

  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with large-scale data environments (e.g., Google BigQuery). 

  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare, or other analytics tools to supplement experimentation analysis. 

  • Working knowledge of dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Domo to visualize experiment results and business impact. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex test results into clear, engaging narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments, balancing statistical rigor with business urgency. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build and automate dynamic models for reporting and forecasting.
