Your key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain the quantitative and /or qualitative outputs / deliverables as per the business/stakeholders’ requirements and agreed standards and timelines
- Liaise with stakeholders on project requirements, approaches/processes, expected outputs and schedule/planning of deliverables.
- Generate actionable insights on market access opportunities, barriers, competitive dynamics, and policy developments to support strategic decision-making
- Establish and maintain tender intelligence including tender tracking, competitive benchmarking, and recommendations to support market access execution
- Maintenance of repositories, best practices, market access frameworks, and tools to support market capabilities and decision-making Contribute to the continuous improvement of deliverable, templates and processes.
- Support team level activities / initiatives and peer review and QC of deliverables Align with and support team/group’s project management tool, standards and policies
- Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving. Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance
What you will bring to the role :
Essential Requirements :
- In-depth knowledge of the pharma industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and market access and regulatory environment
- Min 5-6 years’ experience in Pricing and Market Access (PMA) and/or health economic
- outcomes research (HE&OR) for pharmaceutical products or experience in a closely related field within the pharma industry (e.g. pharma analytics, real word evidence, health care systems and policy, etc.)
- Experience working with generics and/or biosimilars is a plus
- Quantitative/qualitative data analysis, data modeling and creating report/visualization using relevant tools
- (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently
- Strong communication and stake-holder management
