This role involves building a partner recruitment system using AI and automation, designing training programs for partners, and creating marketing content for monday CRM. Requires experience in partner marketing and fluency in AI.

Description

monday CRM is the fastest-growing CRM on the market. With over 50,000 customers, we've built a platform that revenue teams trust. AI is now changing what CRM can do, and we're building the partner ecosystem to scale that capability.

This role owns the marketing motion for that ecosystem end-to-end. You will build the content, campaigns, and co-marketing programs that drive partner recruitment, accelerate partner activation, and generate partner-sourced pipeline. Every recruitment conversation, partner QBR, and customer presentation should have strong marketing behind it. That is your work.

Day to day, you're building campaigns, writing content, coordinating co-marketing with active partners, running events, and tracking pipeline influence. You work across the team to make sure the program has a strong market presence and that partners have what they need to position monday CRM with their customers.

This is a build-phase role. The foundation you lay here defines how monday CRM shows up in the agentic RevOps market.

About The Role
  • Build a touchless partner recruitment funnel using AI agents, monday CRM, and workflow automation.
  • Design cohort-based training programs where partners learn from each other, not just from monday.
  • Create "customer zero" templates — workflows and automations you build first, then package for partners to replicate and monetize.
  • Develop certification and badging standards that signal partner capability to the market.
  • Build the content and community presence that puts monday CRM at the center of the agentic RevOps conversation.
  • Produce the playbooks, demos, and async enablement assets partners use to sell and deliver modern RevOps engagements.
  • Share a point of view publicly — on LinkedIn, in RevOps and GTM communities, and wherever the conversation about AI-powered CRM is happening.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in partner marketing, partner GTM, or partner enablement at a SaaS or MarTech company.
  • Fluent in AI — you use it daily, you build with it, and you are actively exploring what is possible with agents and automation. This is the most important filter for this role.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and automations using modern GTM and RevOps tooling.
  • Proven track record inside a CRM or RevOps ecosystem, either platform-side or as an operator who built and sold services.
  • Experience designing and running group enablement programs — cohorts, workshops, certifications — at scale.
  • Active LinkedIn presence and a demonstrated point of view on GTM, RevOps, or AI automation.
  • Comfortable building in ambiguity

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefit package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • Amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
  • Award winning work environment - named a "Best Place to Work" by BuiltIn as well as "Great Place To Work" certified
  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo and Tokyo

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $138,000-$190,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
