MANAGER, OPERATIONS - EL SEGUNDO, CA 
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to support and oversee our manufacturing operations and supply chain execution. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity based out of El Segundo.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and execution of production plans aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
  • Monitor production progress and key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and help address operational challenges.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the production team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to aerospace manufacturing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Direct strategic sourcing strategies to ensure a robust and reliable supply chain.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize risk.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to the Fleet Readiness Manager to enhance operational performance and adherence to FAA regulations and industry standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; (advanced degree preferred).
  • 6+ Years of experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain activities, preferably within aerospace or aviation.
  • Experience working with MRO environments, customer support operations, new product builds, or field returns.
  • Extensive knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to support production planning, inventory tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Experience supporting production ramp or new product introduction (NPI) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Aerospace experience preferred

The posted salary range reflects the potential base pay for this role, adjusted to account for varying geographic markets. Final compensation will be based on factors such as your location, job-related skills, experience, and internal alignment, including equity and benefits.
