The Manager, Offer Management position is part of the team responsible for Spectrum's pricing, packaging, promotion, and offer strategies for Residential products (Internet, Video, Voice). This role will support the team through marketplace analysis, recommending strategies, documenting business rules, monitoring performance, and performing analytics. The individual will work cross-functionally to assess performance and identify opportunities to achieve Spectrum's business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in Marketing, Product, or Finance, or another analytical role.

The Manager, Offer Management position is part of the team responsible for Spectrum's pricing, packaging, promotion, and offer strategies for Residential products (Internet, Video, Voice). This role will support the team through marketplace analysis, recommending strategies, documenting business rules, monitoring performance, and performing analytics. The individual will work cross-functionally to assess performance and identify opportunities to achieve Spectrum's business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in Marketing, Product, or Finance, or another analytical role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to assess market performance and opportunities across services and segments; develop and implement recommendations to achieve business goals
- Maintain relationships with Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis teams to understand industry landscape, including pricing and packaging
- Follow existing offer approval documentation process and develop business rules for offers, pricing, and packaging
- Manage and audit all distribution lists and SharePoint Site access to maintain compliance
- Maintain and manage the monthly Spectrum Pricing and Packaging deck, including all retail and promotional pricing, offers, and business rules
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to measure effectiveness of existing pricing and promotions, and support the communication of results and recommendations to leadership
- Work closely with Business Intelligence and Marketing Science to ensure offer reporting is designed and tracked appropriately
- Partner with Marketing Enablement and Billing & Design to ensure all business rules are followed and implemented as approved
- Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Prepare ad hoc information and reporting requests from the business unit leaders
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to analyze and interpret information
- Ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- Ability to write data queries utilizing multiple tools in order to perform data analyses
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as advanced Excel, including complex formulas, VLOOKUP tables, pivot tables
Required Education
- BS/BA in Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- Marketing or Finance work experience - 5+

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Telecommunications industry or related work experience, particularly in offer management or business operations
- Knowledge of marketing research, data analysis, and related functions
