What You’ll Do:
The Networking Infrastructure Finance Manager will be a key strategic partner to the supply chain and networking engineering leadership teams. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of networking hardware infrastructure, including FP&A, BOM, supply chain, engineering, and tech design support. This role will provide critical insights and support to drive governance of all networking hardware costs and infrastructure investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the networking supply chain and technical design organizations, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Tech Design: Partner with networking engineering teams to optimize financial considerations regarding the design of upcoming hardware and network builds.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
- Hardware Costing: Align with supply chain, product, and network engineering on all infrastructure rate cards and support all future infrastructure BOM costing.
- Cost Optimization: Partner with DC, Infrastructure, and supply chain leadership to optimize hardware cost across the portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product, capacity planning, and sales, to support overall business goals.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
- Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $127,000 to $168,000 and $145,000 to $194,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
