Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

About the Role:
Understanding the consumer journey is at the heart of what we do and because of this,  you will dive deep into how audiences interact with content and digital platforms, ensuring that our campaigns and content resonate with consumer behaviors and expectations. This understanding will guide your collaboration with brand, marketing, and digital content teams to ensure that all campaigns align with key brand objectives, events, title launches and publishing initiatives, maintaining cohesion across teams and platforms.
From initial planning through to final delivery, you will drive the creative and editorial workflow, own and continuously refine the publishing multi-title approach, shaping perspectives and strategies for activations, events, and campaigns across publishing to bring impactful ideas to life. In this role, you’ll cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams—product, creative, editorial, brand and marketing—as well as external stakeholders, building alignment and fostering collaboration across all initiatives. With an eye for detail and a talent for prioritizing, you’ll manage multiple projects fluidly, ensuring each one is executed smoothly and strategically to maximize engagement and resonance.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential, and you will navigate across departments to manage competing priorities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the project’s vision and strategy. Balancing operational needs with strategic goals, you will create a unified approach that integrates seamlessly across the organization.

Your experience in digital product, brand strategy, and operations will be invaluable in ensuring that our projects are not only effective but also innovative and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:

  • As Multi-title Manager, you will lead and execute cross-functional campaigns from a publishing perspective, working in close partnership with the Netflix brand team to amplify major initiatives such as Next on Netflix, Tudum the Event, Summer Break, and more. Your efforts will be central to connecting our publishing brands—including Tudum.com, Queue, and Skip Intro—to the broader Netflix ecosystem and ensuring their unique voices shine within high-impact, multi-title moments.

  • Strategize and deliver multi-title campaigns that highlight upcoming content, events, and key moments across Netflix, ensuring Publishing is a key driver of member engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with the Netflix brand team, title marketing, editorial, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact for each initiative.

  • Manage cross-functional workflows and stakeholder alignment, serving as the connector between the Netflix brand team and individual publishing brands to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.

  • Partner with audience and growth teams to extend campaign reach and engagement across a variety of channels, including social and email.

  • Leverage insights, performance data, and audience feedback to continuously refine strategies and optimize results.

  • Ensure all campaign initiatives are cohesive, support the distinct publishing brands, and align with Netflix’s overall goals.

  • Work closely with the Netflix brand teams on publishing specific brand campaigns (such as  Holiday & End of Year campaigns)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of consumer journeys and behavior across digital platforms.

  • Ability to balance and integrate brand campaigns, events, and digital initiatives seamlessly.

  • Experience in digital product development, brand strategy, and operations.

  • 7+ years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or project management, ideally in digital media, entertainment, or creative industries.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale, cross-functional campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content-driven audience engagement.

  • Experience planning and managing paid social, email distribution, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, align stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using insights to inform and optimize strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with internal & external teams

  • A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and highly accountable, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

  • A high tolerance for iteration, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and move forward with innovative solutions.

  • Proven track record of thriving in continuous delivery environments where the pace is fast and demands are high.

  • Proficiency in understanding various content types and formats, with a solid grasp of asset management and workflow fundamentals.

  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong bias towards action and problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on building strong relationships and managing expectations with diverse stakeholders.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
