Job Description

PROJECT LEADERSHIP & REGIONAL SUPPORT

Lead the planning and execution of selected motorsports marketing projects at the national level, ensuring smooth coordination from concept development through delivery and post-event evaluation.

Develop and implement innovative, high-impact, and cost-effective initiatives that align with Red Bull’s national marketing strategy and effectively engage target audiences.

Provide regional teams with tools, templates, and best practices that enable them to execute motorsports activations efficiently, effectively, and consistently.

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with overarching national strategies while adapting projects to the specific needs of local markets.

ASSET & EVENT MANAGEMENT

Oversee the management of selected Red Bull mobile assets, including logistics for transportation, storage, setup, teardown, and maintenance at national events.

Provide guidance to regional teams on the use of mobile assets, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards.

Manage race-weekend operations, fan experiences, hospitality, and experiential installations for selected national motorsports projects.

Support on-site execution of national motorsports events and assist regional teams with their activations to ensure flawless delivery.

MEDIA, CONTENT & PARTNERSHIPS

Collaborate with Red Bull Media House to capture photo, video, and social media content related to national motorsports initiatives.

Provide guidelines and support to regional teams to help them create consistent and impactful content for motorsports activations.

Work closely with internal teams—including Sports Marketing, Events, Off-Premise, On-Premise, Media House, and Legal—to align on project goals and activation plans.

Develop partnerships with agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and effective delivery of national projects and the use of related assets.

Monitor sponsorship deliverables associated with motorsports activations to ensure that all contractual commitments are met.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sports marketing, events, experiential marketing, or motorsports.

A strong interest in motorsports and live event execution.

A proven ability to manage logistics, timelines, and multiple moving parts.

Comfortable working on-site, outdoors, and in fast-paced environments.

Willing to travel and work weekends and non-traditional hours.

Experience managing mobile marketing assets or large-scale experiential builds.

Familiarity with motorsports operations, race environments, or event logistics.

Experience collaborating with vendors, production teams, or event agencies.

A strong understanding of content production workflows.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on execution.

A strategic thinker with the ability to create and share best practices that empower regional teams.

Able to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Committed to maintaining consistency and brand identity across selected national-level motorsports initiatives.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
