We’re seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Manager, Marketing Operations who’s eager to own and optimize our GTM tech stack, help drive campaign execution, and proactively surface insights that fuel smarter growth—using modern tools and AI when possible. As the Manager, you will partner with our Marketing and Revenue Operations team by optimizing our Marketing processes, implementing efficient workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive Marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing analytics, project management, and marketing technology platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing Technology Management:
Manage and optimize marketing technology, including Marketo, Outreach, Full Circle, Qualified, and other marketing platforms
Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders to evaluate and apply AI and automation tools—both within and alongside our stack—to improve campaign execution speed, lead lifecycle efficiency, and team productivity
Stay current with evolving MarTech and RevOps trends—especially where AI and workflow automation are advancing marketing scale and insight generation
Execute and support campaign builds (emails, landing pages, lead flows) directly within Marketo and related tools, in close partnership with Demand Gen
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze marketing performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives through Full Circle and other marketing attribution platforms
Own the integrity of lead lifecycle definitions, scoring logic, and attribution flow in partnership with Marketing and RevOps
Partner with the Campaign and Demand Gen teams to ensure accurate and timely measurement of campaign influence and ROI
Provide core dashboards and analysis to answer stakeholder questions, while independently identifying early signals and optimization opportunities from campaign and funnel performance
Marketing Process Optimization
In partnership with the Marketing organization, identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
Develop and implement standardized workflows and best practices across marketing teams
Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing processes to identify areas for improvement
People Management
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to enable high-quality work and strong team performance
Coach, motivate and lead team member(s) to help reach their optimum performance level(s)
What You Bring:
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related roles
4-5 years Marketo experience and Marketo certification
Familiarity with modern RevOps principles and a passion for leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and scale GTM performance
Experience managing people; with a focus on development, performance, and productivity
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Proven track record of optimizing marketing processes and driving efficiency
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, and others
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
