The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for selling Cox services to residential customers, including lead generation and door-to-door sales. This role involves building relationships, managing an assigned territory, and achieving sales targets.

The Manager, Learning & Development for Sales & Service will be responsible for creating and implementing effective learning strategies and training tactics to support frontline Sales and Service teams. This role will ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve Sales and Service targets. The Manager will evaluate effectiveness through reporting and analytics, and collaborate to identify and prioritize learning needs, and design and deliver training content. Additionally, this role will support the development and implementation of ongoing training plans and explore new learning technologies to enhance the learning experience.
What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver effective learning strategies and experiences for frontline Sales & Service leaders and team members.
  • Act as the liaison between Sales & Service leadership to identify training needs and ensure they are met.
  • Align and prioritize immediate learning needs in partnership with Strategy & Enablement and prepare for future business changes.
  • Effectively identify learning needs for employee development in terms of technical, procedural, behavioral, career, and other areas.
  • Complete proper analysis, design, development of content, documentation of project plans, and partner in implementation planning and evaluation strategy.
  • Collaborate with Training Delivery partners on training implementation plans and feedback cycle to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and prepare presentations on learning effectiveness of training content and programs.
  • Utilize technologies and tools for content development effectively and share best practices with the team to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
  • Provide ongoing consultation on Learning & Development research, learning theory and technologies, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Who You Are
Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (i.e. Learning & Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Educational Studies, Instructional Design, Training Management, Communication, Business, etc.) and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills required to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
  • Requires strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word, and familiarity with Articulate 360 and MS Excel
  • Requires knowledge of instructional design, project management, and adult learning principles.


Preferred

  • Experience in Telecommunications desired
  • Prefer certification in CPTM, APTD, CPTD


USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
