Manage and lead a team of Business Development Representatives to drive sales opportunities, enhance skills, and improve team productivity.
The Manager, Inside Sales will be joining a rapidly growing Sales organization to lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR). This role will be responsible for hiring, developing, coaching and motivating the team to drive qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is determined to succeed and is driven by team wins and overall Company success. We’ve developed a unique proficiency in successful pipeline generation through an outbound engagement model as well as inbound lead handling. This role will be responsible for building on that base, growing and scaling the team, and helping the team hit the next level through improved productivity. You’ll be responsible for elevating your team’s sales skills and industry knowledge. You take pride in exceeding goals by supporting your team and putting them in a position to succeed.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting in 2026, we plan to expand to 4 days per week, adding Mondays.

What You'll Do:
- Talent Leadership: Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and continuously coach a high-performing, motivated team of BDRs.
- Process Excellence: Refine and optimize all operational processes, including BDR onboarding, day-to-day workflows, research methodologies, talk tracks, and email/outreach templates to maximize qualified opportunities.
- Performance Management: Develop, track, and analyze key success metrics (KPIs), communicating progress and status updates directly to the leadership team.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership to devise creative motivation strategies and develop a scalable, repeatable framework for exceeding business goals.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work seamlessly with Marketing, Account Executives, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless, high-quality end-to-end sales process, with a focus on optimizing inbound lead handling with Marketing.
- Career Development: Take pride in promoting BDRs out of the function and into advanced sales roles by elevating their sales skills and industry knowledge.
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Sales, with 1–2 years successfully managing a Sales/Business Development team.
- Proven ability to over-achieve quota in previous sales and/or management positions.
- Experience managing and coaching a team of 6 or more BDRs/SDRs across different market segments.
- Demonstrated history of building new teams, processes, and essential documentation from the ground up.
- Expertise in the SaaS industry is highly desired.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly focused on metrics, process optimization, and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
- Coaching & Leadership: Collaborative, team-oriented coaching style with a passion for developing junior talent.
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, a self-starter attitude, and a relentless focus on execution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Highly proficient with modern sales engagement tools, including Salesforce and applications such as Outreach.io, Gong.io, and ZoomInfo.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000-$130,000 This position may be eligible for a bonus plan in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
