How you’ll make an impact:
• Plan HRIS projects and activities while developing solutions that add value to Edwards employees and stakeholders with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables.
• Provide direction and guidance to smaller project teams to execute tactical HRIS projects and/or initiatives. Identify and interpret trends and patterns to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
• Identify and evaluate HRIS process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities. Create and maintain proper documentation related to HR systems.
• Partner with other SMEs outside of HR (IT, Legal, Finance, etc) to provide HR with more robust analytics. Develop thorough understanding of HR-related data and creates complex queries to extract data for comprehensive analysis.

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in related field, 8 years years experience of related analytics experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required

• Proven successful project management skills
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related systems
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates HR analytics and systems
• Extensive knowledge of data constructs, system interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to articulate and assess analytical needs in ambiguous situations
• Ability to influence and implement change
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and talent acquisition team
• Consult in project setting within specific sections of area
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $121,000 - $171,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).  Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
