Responsible for leading a team of network engineers, managing network performance, overseeing engineering projects, and promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.
We are looking for a Hospitality Network Engineering Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for the development, delivery, installation, and maintenance of our current and future telecommunications network technologies. This role supports both internal operations and external business needs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across our voice, video, and data systems.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers responsible for the design, implementation, and support of nationwide network systems.
- Oversee the performance, health, and reliability of all network components, including capacity planning and performance trending.
- Define and maintain technology standards aligned with the company's architecture and business goals.
- Drive multiple complex engineering projects that improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and align with business needs.
- Champion the use of enterprise-grade tools and processes to improve reliability and reduce operational overhead.
- Identify emerging technologies and lead their evaluation and integration where appropriate.
- Establish and maintain proactive monitoring, escalation procedures, and documentation to ensure quick resolution of network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess technical needs and determine project scope and system acquisitions.
- Develop and manage budgets related to network engineering functions.
- Create cost-effective, scalable solutions to support growing business demands.
- Maintain detailed and accurate network documentation, including configurations and diagrams.
- Manage vendor relationships and assist leadership in contract negotiations and SLAs.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to drive critical initiatives and implement continuous improvement.
- Support hiring and workforce planning in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Promote a data-driven culture and help scale agile practices across the engineering organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year experience in a related field; or 10 years' experience in a related field
- 1+ year of experience in management or lead role.
- Deep knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and industry trends.
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs or technical teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years managing network engineering teams.
