This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our Chicago, IL office.

About the Role

The Manager of GTM Systems will report to the Director of Sales Operations and play a critical role in the evolution of Keeper’s GTM infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure that every system, from lead capture through post-sale engagement, supports a frictionless and data-driven customer journey. As a Salesforce guru and GTM systems expert, you will translate business needs into technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, compiling information and data to execute exceptional experiences throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and the Partnerships Relationship Management platform
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce technical expert, designing and implementing complex automations, flows, validation rules, and scalable architecture to support evolving GTM processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced Salesforce issues, including API/integration failures, automation conflicts, and data model inconsistencies.
  • Manage system integrations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and clean handoffs between tools
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to translate business processes into scalable system workflows and automations
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, and training resources
  • Drive tool adoption through user enablement, training, and ongoing support
  • Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and usage analytics to ensure ROI on technology investments
  • Partner with the Salesforce Admin and Deal Desk to streamline quote-to-close operations and reporting
  • Collaborate with BI/Analytics teams to ensure GTM dashboards and reports reflect accurate, actionable data
  • Identify and implement system enhancements that improve sales efficiency and data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain a forward-looking roadmap for the sales systems ecosystem in alignment with business growth

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Systems roles
  • Expert-level Salesforce skills, including deep hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Apex fundamentals, API integrations, data modeling, and system architecture best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate GTM requirements into robust Salesforce technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and related GTM or sales engagement platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and GTM motion design (lead → opp → close → renewal/expansion)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data management and dashboarding (e.g., Salesforce reports, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop a team
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining SaaS tools across a GTM organization
  • Familiarity with partnership or channel management systems (PRM, PartnerStack, etc.) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
