The Manager of Go-To-Market will oversee the development and execution of Aledade's FFS contracting, supporting market analyses, internal coordination, and launch processes for Aledade Complete.
The Manager of Go-To-Market on the Strategic Payer Partnerships team will support the development and execution of Aledade’s FFS contracting and credentialing program launch. This support will include market analyses, internal cross-functional coordination, communication development and process and project management.
The Manager will also support the integration of Aledade Complete into new and existing products, solutions, or business ventures:
- Support development and execution of launch planning, market entry, expansion, and growth plans and ensure alignment with key cross function teams
- Execute on strategic priorities by analyzing market trends, customer segments, competition, and internal capabilities
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our office in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC or Austin, TX.
Primary Duties:
- Support go to market entry of Aleade Complete and other potential partnerships by analyzing market and practice-level data, performing market scans, and developing presentations and polished collateral to support growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market entry plans, including by creating and managing trackers, hosting meetings, completing follow-ups and ensuring deliverables are completed by their target deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operational and strategic roles with health plans or provider groups
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:
- Master’s degree in related field and 6+ years in strategy and implementation functions
- Results-oriented with the ability to exercise significant influence to achieve strategic goals
- Management consulting experience
- Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships and communicating effectively with senior management, both internally and externally
