Manager, Global People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) is a global role at the intersection of HR and Finance. You will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that both shape and optimize workforce planning and human resource allocation. You will also be responsible for leading FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) for HR. You will partner closely with HR and Finance, in both North America and Internationally across more than 40 countries. You will support our enterprise strategy through data-driven planning, insights generation, process standardization, and change enablement efforts.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

- Lead the global People operating planning cycles (covering salaries, bonuses, and benefits) across all operating regions
- Identify tangible organizational opportunities that drive business efficiency and operational effectiveness both independently and by partnering across functions and geographies
- Project manage the development and enhancement of HR information systems by coordinating across Global People ZBB and HR stakeholders, as well as external consultants and solutions providers
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and best-practices for strategic People ZBB initiatives
- Be the point-of-contact, consultant, and trusted advisor to every regional HR office on all topics around resource planning, forecasting and decision alignment. Empower regional teams with tools, guidance, and data-driven insights.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and data-deep dives to generate insights and inform workforce decisions
- Drive alignment between Finance and HR stakeholders to support long-term talent strategies and cost optimization

- 2+ years of high-quality experience (consulting or in-house strategy or finance or tech. are preferred) and exceptional academic credentials
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (can independently build dynamic models and produce executive-ready presentations)
- Experience dealing with multicultural, multifunctional, and cross functional teams
- Experience in business planning, strategic planning, or financial planning
- Experience with enterprise systems and tech. (e.g., SAP, Adaptive Insights, etc.)
