Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Developing a team of Sales Associates equipped to perform account management functions across a portfolio of accounts / assigned account managers.
  • Develop and document a formalized and well-understood Associate Account Manager function across the global regions to enable consistent support to Account Managers and AM Leaders.
  • Support the team to manage smaller dollar transactions, such as adding banks, users, etc, including the creation and delivery of change orders in coordination with the AMs.
  • Train and track the team in terms of how to generate and mature pipeline for customer portfolio, through customer interactions (meetings, emails, etc.) as well as campaigns coordinated with AMs / AM Leadership
  • Serve as a “dotted line” to regional leaders to ensure all account managers and regional leaders are supported appropriately.
  • Hire, help onboard, and develop new members of the associate account management organization.
  • Accountable for forecast / revenue as part of associate team.
  • Accurately Forecast Revenue on an ongoing basis and ensure appropriate updates in Salesforce
  • Manage internal escalations as required, ensuring accountability from other supporting teams within Kyriba.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous Management experience at a SaaS company
  • 3+ years of Sales experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Renewal Strategy and negotiations
  • Knowledge of and experience in the Treasury Software / Accounting software industry
  • Problem Solver
  • Strong evaluator, “can do” approach

Base compensation for this role is: $114,350.00 - $144,612.50 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
