The Manager, Game Show Experiences will play a key role in the success and growth of Experiences team by contributing to the development and execution of impactful franchise experiences for Game Show properties. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual who is passionate about expanding iconic television franchises, such as Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and Pyramid, into event-based experiences where both core and new audiences can interact with the brands. The ideal candidate blends resourcefulness and creativity with operational precision and business acumen—delivering impactful experiences that elevate the Game Shows Brands. This position will support the Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships & Experiences with all strategic oversight, creative vision, partnership development, and seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for all activations including timelines, deliverables, creative execution and stakeholder communications.
- Plan and execute special projects and brand experiences that support brand franchise, content, sales, and executive goals.
- Assist with finding new business by keeping up to date with industry trends and knowing the key players across the industry.
- Ability to negotiate deal terms for new and renewing business, facilitate contract review with legal teams and analyze forecasting and projections.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across legal, finance, production, creative and licensing teams to ensure seamless communication and approval process across teams.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop promotional materials including branded assets, collateral, email campaigns, and social content.
- Track and review royalty reports and other key data on event performance metrics; apply insights to optimize future strategy and execution.
- Manage workflow of experiences integration with external and internal partners, such as licensee partners, production teams, and brand partners.
- Translate national experiences into local opportunities for station affiliate partners.
- Maintain and enhance Game Show Group’s relationships with licensing partners, unlocking additional value and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, brand activations,
or partnerships. - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for event execution.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability & ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
