Location/Division Specific Information
This role will be in Bridgewater NJ – supporting Bridgewater production site within the Laboratory Chemicals Division (LCD).
Expectations of the Role
- Provide financial support for New Jersey manufacturing sites and become a strong business partner to the operations’ leadership team in the Bridgewater site
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial close for the manufacturing sites
- Drive rigorous and transparent financial reporting (including savings on efficiency improvements, scrap, freight, distribution cost, inventory, backlog, and backorder; production volume, overhead spending), run the site FP&A function
- Lead annual budget development, create monthly/quarterly forecasts, manage Operations P&L key lines.
- Maintain and test site Internal controls (SOX), ensuring compliance and implementing corrective actions where required
- Ensure adherence to Divisional Approval Authority Matrix/Corporate accounting policies
- Lead Site’s CAPEX requests preparation, review, and submission for approvals
- Perform or lead special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required

- Experience in a global manufacturing organization
- Experience in rolling out financial systems and development of product cost methodologies
- Outstanding quantitative and analytical capabilities with Advanced Excel skills
- Strong financial systems capabilities (HFM, CMR, OMS, PRMS)
- Must be able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks in a complex environment with strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Education / Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Finance role
