This candidate will be a key member of the Ford Model e team, working across vertical areas of the business to execute integrated marketing plans. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Consumer Marketing UEV, this role is responsible for the tactical execution of brand management and consumer marketing strategies for upcoming Universal EV (UEV) launches. Responsibilities include executing against the UEV GTM plans, aligning internal teams and external agencies to help achieve corporate, Model e and vehicle line objectives.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Brand Management and Consumer Marketing Execution

· Develop go-to-market materials, messaging, and positioning tailored to diverse audiences to drive both consumer engagement and dealer support.

· Collaborate weekly with Product Managers, Sales/Merchandising, Marketing Communications, and Integrated Services to ensure a seamless customer journey.

· Support the vehicle line brand strategy by ensuring adherence across all regional and dealer-facing communications.

· Monitor market trends and competitive activity to provide insights that help position Model e products optimally for consumers.

· Manage multi-channel communication workflows, coordinating with experts across social, digital, web, email, and events.

· Execute brand management and consumer marketing tactics for in-market automotive products, ensuring all activities align with overarching brand goals.

 

Product Launches & Events

· Support the launch of new or updated vehicles by executing messaging and value propositions that captivate customers and dealers.

· Coordinate logistics and marketing for industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

· Execute branded experiences tailored for customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

· Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure high-quality delivery and impactful event experiences, managing planning, budgeting, vendor management and performance measurement

 

Retail & Dealer Integration

· Coordinate with the Education & Training team to deliver eLearning modules, video walk-arounds, and sales aids (FAQs, sales sheets).

· Define the in-store experience by incorporating Model e into Dealer Signature 2.0 and managing physical/digital POS toolkits.

· Support major dealer milestones, including Dealer meetings, in-dealer training, and events

· Coordinate Field Leader prep meetings and manage EFC announcements and communications.

 

Partnerships

· Identify and leverage high-impact brand partnerships, meticulously developing and nurturing these relationships to expand our market reach and enhance brand perception.

 

· Lead the charge in creating mutually beneficial collaborations that align with our brand positioning and strategic objectives, translating innovative ideas into tangible brand success.

Qualifications

You'll have...

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles, specifically in Brand and/or Consumer Marketing.

 

Even better, you may have...

· Proven experience in executing integrated marketing plans within the automotive industry.

· Strong project management skills with a focus on retail and dealer environments.

· Ability to navigate complex environments and coordinate across multiple internal skill teams (Marketing, Field Ops, C&I, Training, Sales).

· Knowledge of dealership operations, including allocation and sales strategy.

· Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing tactics.

· Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience developing content for both consumers and dealer partners.

· Experience managing creative agencies and vendors.

· Strong knowledge of the automotive and commercial automotive industries.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760in Dearborn, MI and $123,960-234,000 in Long Beach, CA.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
