ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for technical support for the ERP program from SAP Security architecture perspective, which includes SAP user management framework, SAP role management framework, and various tools for governance risk and compliance. The position has technical responsibility for design, implementation, and operations of user access and controls architecture including the SAP Access Management, Self-Service request tool, SAP Governance Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite of applications, and other related processes and tools for ABAP systems, Cloud systems, and HANA systems.
This position requires technical skills in security functions and processes and must be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
In addition, the manager will oversee onshore and offshore contractors.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP Security Strategy and Architecture
- Partner with cross-functional areas to provide robust security design to maximize business value of ERP solution.
- Demonstrates advanced SAP Security knowledge of on-premise, cloud and hybrid models.
- Implement SAP security model for AI agent-based workflows.
- Collaborate with functional teams to integrate SAP agents securely into business processes.
ERP Security Processes Improvement and Standardization
- Responsible for continuous improvements in security processes and tools based on lessons learned.
- Established and refines ERP Security processes & tools as required to enhance efficiencies.
- Enables standardized performance reporting, governance, analysis and corrective action where necessary for continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce security policies for AI agent lifecycle management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management
- 6+ years of SAP Security experience
- In-depth understanding of SAP GRC Suite, SAP BTP, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud solutions
- Experience with System Upgrades, HANA migrations, and cloud integration
- Experience in supporting projects that involve external vendors and multiple business areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in supporting complex implementations of SAP based infrastructure solutions with diverse knowledge/expertise with the SAP product family, including S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, Embedded FIORI concept, SAP Analytics Cloud, and IBP
- Project management knowledge & skills
- Ability to function effectively in a matrix model as well as team environment
