Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

About the Role

As we continue scaling our go-to-market strategy, we are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and grow our team of Enterprise Account Executives (AEs). This team is focused on penetrating and expanding within large dental group practices (10–80 locations), primarily using a land-and-expand, bottoms-up sales motion. Your role will be to coach, develop, and manage a high-performing team of AEs while collaborating with executive leadership to shape our enterprise sales motion. Your AEs will be responsible for both top-down executive engagement, and practice- and regional-level wins.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Enterprise AEs responsible for new business and expansion within large group dental practices

  • Drive performance management, coaching, and day-to-day execution to ensure your team consistently hits sales KPIs and revenue targets

  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine and optimize our enterprise sales process and segmentation strategy

  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales Director to ensure aligned account coverage across top-down and bottom-up motions

  • Identify process gaps, enablement needs, and tooling improvements that increase team productivity

  • Serve as a player-coach when needed, helping to close key deals or unstick complex opportunities

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability

  • Analyze pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on team performance using Salesforce and related tools

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing high-performing B2B sales teams (startup or high-growth environments strongly preferred)

  • Demonstrated success managing a mid-market or enterprise sales team with quota-carrying reps

  • Experience selling into multi-location businesses or complex buying groups

  • Strong CRM and sales operations hygiene; highly organized and data-driven

  • Track record of coaching reps on structured sales process, discovery, and pipeline management

  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and drive results through others

Bonus Points For

  • Experience managing teams selling into dental, healthcare, or multi-site businesses

  • Familiarity with land-and-expand or dual motion (top-down + bottom-up) sales strategies

  • Past experience at a marketplace or platform company

  • High EQ and ability to motivate and retain talent during high-growth phases

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
