ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Manager, Enterprise Platforms will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the organization’s enterprise technology ecosystem. This individual will lead the development, integration, and optimization of core business systems while also serving as a key contributor in aligning applications portfolio—including ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms—with the organization’s strategic and long-term operational objectives.


WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Manage and mentor a team of developers and system administrators, providing guidance on best practices and professional growth.
  • Oversee the management and roadmap of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
  • Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert for ServiceNow, with deep hands-on knowledge in configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders to identify and implement application solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and business performance.
  • Drive and support integrations between ServiceNow and NetSuite (ERP), ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum ROI.
  • Establish and maintain application governance, change management processes, and documentation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing enterprise application environments, such as ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms, with demonstrated success in managing roadmaps, upgrades, and system optimization
  • Minimum of 5 year of experience leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong expertise in enterprise platforms such as ERP (NetSuite preferred), CRM, and ServiceNow
  • Proven ability to manage and support complex ServiceNow environments, including ITSM, ITOM, and integrations with third-party systems
  • Experience with API integrations, e.x Celigo
  • Demonstrated success in leading system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with minimal disruption
  • Experience delivering business value through application lifecycle management, system optimization, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
Estimated Pay Range
$120,000$130,000 USD
