About the Role:  

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Ecommerce to drive our onsite strategy for the FSA stores online. This role involves optimizing the online shopping experience, driving key business metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance site content, navigation, and overall user experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, content strategy, and project management, with a strong focus on delivering impactful and engaging customer experiences. 

Specific Responsibilities:  

  • Own the site strategy end to end for the FSA store to create an engaging and seamless customer experience, overseeing visual site merchandising, storytelling, and discovery strategies.
  • Own and execute onsite merchandising optimization, including A/B testing, sorting rules, merchandising best practices, test and target, boosting and burying. 
  • Identify and prioritize key areas for weekly optimization based on performance analysis. 
  • Own the strategy to showcase newness, best sellers, and other high value products to customers 
  • Review inventory and product seasonality to determine the strategy for prioritizing products based on inventory levels, performance and seasonal themes. 
  • Develop tactics to drive AOV growth through targeted merchandising initiatives. 
  • Partner with our integrated marketing team to own the site content calendar on important themes to showcase
  • Lead approval process for monthly site flips and creative assets
  • Lead homepage content strategy, using a test and learn approach to continue to optimize our storefront
  • Develop personalization strategies to speak to different customers groups in compelling and relevant ways
  • Ideate new landing page needs, and how to best story-tell throughout them.
  • Analyze and report on content performance, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Lead strategy for Telehealth onsite, creating new pathways for customers to find Share Of Wallet partners that seamlessly fit with the rest of our assortment.
  • Develop onsite strategies to showcase brand partnerships
  • Own the content strategy for end-of-month promotions.
  • Partner closely with CRO Manager on AB Testing opportunities to improve site conversion
  • Execute onsite search optimization, including A/B testing, sorting rules, merchandising best practices, test and target, boosting and burying. 
  • Own the end-to-end site experience for all in house brand (Caring Mill) products
  • Strategize best in class ways to trade in customers from brand name products to our brand
  • Partner closely with Merchandising and planning to measure success of the brand and discover opportunities to improve the assortment
  • Collaborate closely with marketing partners to develop and manage landing page strategies for all marketing channels & customer types, utilizing data to make updates to strategy as needed 

What you'll need:  

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in eCommerce
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing online customer experiences.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing content and merchandising strategies.
  • Proficiency in using content management and merchandising tools, Constructor and Builder.io experience is a plus
  • Hands-on AB Testing experience, using AB Tasty or other self-service AB Testing tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. 

Additional Information:  

At Health-E Commerce, our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression. Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren’t limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location. 

  • Compensation: $90,000 - 110,000
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
