Summary: The Manager of Ecommerce Operations is responsible for the seamless execution and optimization of Parachute’s omnichannel order management and ecommerce systems. As a key owner of back-end platforms, you’ll manage and troubleshoot daily operational workflows across Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, and other integrated systems. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll partner with teams across Retail, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Finance, and more to drive operational excellence, identify efficiencies, and lead new initiatives. You’ll also manage third-party IT partners, prioritizing enhancements, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical projects that impact the entire organization.

Location: Culver City, CA — in office M-TH

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce system issues and inquiries across Retail, Wholesale, Hospitality, and Trade channels.
  • Own daily order maintenance workflows and resolution of system-related challenges across Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, and dropship integrations.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of third-party IT support partners, including prioritizing requests, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Retail, Logistics, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to support operational strategy and alignment.
  • Develop, maintain, and share operational documentation and training resources for new processes, workflows, and system updates.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting to monitor site and order health, escalating anomalies and informing key business decisions.
  • Lead special projects end-to-end, including process design, requirements gathering, scope building, timeline creation, resource allocation, and feedback integration.
  • Advocate for system improvements and implement scalable solutions that enhance performance, reduce manual intervention, and drive efficiencies.

Who You Are:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Omnichannel Order Management, or related roles within ecommerce or digitally-led retail environments.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce workflows, systems, and fulfillment and inventory processes across direct and omnichannel models.
  • Expert-level experience with platforms such as Shopify Plus, NetSuite, Celigo (or similar integration tools), and third-party dropship or ERP systems.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including prioritization, roadmap planning, process documentation, and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities paired with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills that enable collaboration across teams and levels of leadership.
  • Self-motivator with an ownership mindset, comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative in evolving situations.

Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $90K - $105K.
