The eCommerce Media and Search Manager will develop and execute paid search strategies to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and manage reporting and insights across multiple platforms.

The eCommerce Media and Search Manager will lead our paid search marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic campaign development and execution. This role will be responsible for search investment across Kraft Heinz retailer platforms; owning strategy, planning, optimization, reporting, test & learn, and analysis. This high visibility role requires that the candidate be a self-starter, organized, diligent, and highly motivated. The individual is hungry to build, learn, reinvent, and is comfortable with ambiguity and change.
Responsibilities:
• Create and implement a comprehensive paid search marketing strategy that aligns with Walmart's ecommerce business objectives.
• Partner with and oversee media agency execution of marketing strategy
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns to improve performance with a goal of driving revenue.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; Draw insights from raw data for campaign performance, optimization opportunities, test & learns, etc.
• Continually test and learn and evaluate potential opportunities; structure tests that drive business growth
• Synthesize campaign findings and communicate data-driven recommendations and standard methodologies to internal teams on a regular basis
• Interface cross-functionally with omni shopper marketing, field sales, and brand teams regarding investment analysis, performance, and budget recommendations
• Deliver both topline sales, market share and media efficiency targets (Return on Ad Spend - ROAS, Cost per Click - CPC, New-to-Brand Buyers)
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of CPG, eCommerce data/knowledge experience
• Strong personal motivation in fast paced, often ambiguous environments with a bias for action
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing multiple partners
• Ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions
• Highly analytical and data-driven with an ability to tell stories using data
• Paid search and media buying understanding required
• Preferred Platform experience in - Scintilla, Walmart Connect Ad Center, Supplier One, Madrid, Criteo, Pacvue, Citrus, Quotient, etc
