Cineverse is seeking a relationship-driven Manager, Digital Sales to support revenue growth across the company's digital distribution business spanning TVOD, AVOD, FAST, and SVOD platforms. This highly partner-facing role serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned platform accounts, driving content visibility, promotional opportunities, and commercial performance across Cineverse's film and television portfolio.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing platform relationships, coordinating title availabilities, analyzing performance trends, and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue. Success in this role requires a highly organized professional who thrives in a relationship-based environment, enjoys meeting with partners regularly, and can effectively balance operational execution with commercial objectives.

This position will work closely with Content Acquisitions, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure successful release execution and maximize the value of Cineverse content across digital distribution channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned digital distribution partners across TVOD, AVOD, FAST, and SVOD platforms.
  • Develop new platform relationships while deepening engagement with existing partners to drive greater promotional support and revenue opportunities.
  • Pitch new release and catalog titles to platform partners.
  • Secure promotional support, editorial placements, merchandising opportunities, and marketing activations.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives across assigned accounts through proactive partner outreach and account management.
  • Track performance of promotional campaigns and recommend future opportunities based on results.
  • Achieve revenue goals through a combination of relationship management, promotional execution, and business development activities.
  • Manage title availability submissions (EMA avails) and maintain accurate content availability across distribution partners.
  • Coordinate title launches, release schedules, and platform deadlines with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of windows, availability dates, promotional schedules, and platform requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations and Content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and metadata.
  • Monitor platform readiness and resolve issues impacting title availability or launch execution.
  • Analyze title performance, promotional activity, and account trends using platform reporting tools and internal data sources.
  • Develop reports and business reviews highlighting revenue performance, promotional effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance against objectives and identify opportunities for incremental revenue.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Content Acquisitions teams to align on release priorities and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with quarterly business reviews, annual account reviews, and partner presentations.
  • Support evaluation of expiring licensing agreements and provide platform performance insights to inform renewal discussions.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars and ensure internal alignment around key release milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence external partners, and represent Cineverse in partner-facing environments.
  • 3-7 years of experience in digital distribution, digital media sales, account management, content licensing, or platform partnerships within the entertainment industry.
  • Experience working with digital distribution platforms across TVOD, AVOD, FAST, and/or SVOD ecosystems.
  • Experience managing content availabilities (EMA avails preferred), release schedules, and distribution workflows.
  • Experience working with Rightsline or similar rights management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple titles, deadlines, partner requests, and promotional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area and willing to regularly meet with platform partners in person.
