About the role

If you are able and comfortable wearing multiple hats around being a Product Strategist, Market Analyst and Digital Enabler, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Market Development and Growth team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is remote but will require you to be in the office once a month, with approximately 30% travel.

Your success in this role is measured by the implementation of referral tools for various channels especially Medical. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Product and the Sycle team to build and grow pipelines of referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product Strategy & Optimization

  • Define and evolve a digital product strategy aligned with Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs) workflows and the patient journey.
  • Enhance existing practice management tools and explore integration opportunities with third-party platforms.

Digital Business Model Innovation

  • Design and test new digital business models to unlock revenue streams and expand access to Cochlear solutions.
  • Modernize legacy business lines by piloting digital value propositions that improve engagement and clinical workflows.

Customer-Centered Innovation & Market Analysis

  • Lead discovery initiatives with HCPs, surgeons, and clinical staff to gather insights for product development.
  • Assess market opportunities and competitive positioning to build scalable digital solutions that complement core offerings.

Execution & Enablement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Australia to bring digital products to market efficiently.
  • Develop integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans for product and feature launches.
  • Promote digital culture through best practices, reusable toolkits, and structured problem-solving.

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in a digital or product focused role, with a track record of implementing successful digital growth strategies, including B2C and B2B experience. Should have experience with health systems or electronic medical records, driving implementation and adoption of tool sets.
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize multiple data sources, market research, VOC and performance metrics to drive decision-making. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating. 
  • Skilled at influencing and operating within a heavily matrixed environment.  
  • Travel is required at 30%

Total Rewards

In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits.

  • Pay Range in the United States: $112,000 – 124,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401(K) matching with immediate vesting, Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and pet insurance.

The work environment is home, with occasional travel to the office in Lone Tree, CO. This is representative of the environment an individual may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
