Position Summary
CorroHealth is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with an analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies. You'll collaborate with the corporate marketing team, internal subject matter experts, and executive leadership.
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in executing and assisting in the development of marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for managing the company's digital presence, monitoring analytics, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of industry trends, particularly on platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), LinkedIn, and among competitors, to inform and enhance digital marketing strategies. If you have experience in developing and executing all aspects of digital marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, content marketing, virtual events, SEO, and paid advertising/ media buys, you may be a great fit.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development and Execution
- Implement and drive a digital marketing strategy that aligns and adapts with our business goals by understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the healthcare Revenue Cycle space.
- Identify areas for growth and innovative approaches to digital marketing.
- Analyze audience insights to refine targeting and maximize engagement
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights
- Media buys and management
Performance Marketing and Testing
- Develop, implement, and drive a digital marketing strategy that aligns and adapts with our business goals by understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the healthcare Revenue Cycle space.
- Execute all SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, social media strategies, and advertising campaigns with a strong focus on the healthcare RCM sector, leveraging a deep understanding of healthcare personas to target them effectively.
- Analyze audience insights to refine targeting and maximize engagement.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various mediums.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Creative Director and Copywriters to create engaging and targeted content for digital advertising campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including content and scheduling.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Analytics and Reporting
- Establish fresh benchmarks to guide strategic development and analytics.
- Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and analyze social media performance, web performance, email performance and additional platform-specific analytics.
- Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Measure live virtual event success, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for future event enhancements.
Marketing Team Support
- Coordinate, organize, and manage live virtual events through Goldcast.
- Additional working knowledge of paid digital media and website supporting tools is a bonus, such as Yoast, HotJar, WP, Zapier, etc.
- Be a strategic partner to all stakeholders.
- Assist with project management in Monday.com.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- “Figure it out” attitude
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required.
