Department Overview
The Manager - Data Product Coach will support McDonald's data product teams in building better ways of working. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented operator who understands how to bring frameworks to life and coach teams through their product delivery journey. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior coaches, this person will support playbook adoption, delivery rhythm, and process improvements that elevate the impact of our data product teams.
Duties
• Coach data product teams on Agile practices, operating models, and user-centric principles to improve delivery.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of data product playbooks, tooling, and operational cadences.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify blockers, track progress, and foster delivery excellence.
• Help facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities across teams.
• Support performance tracking through dashboards and coaching metrics.
Qualifications
4-7 years in product operations, project management, Agile coaching, or data product environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution.
• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments, ideally with exposure to human-centered practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across a matrixed organization.
Desirable Skills
• Passion for helping teams unlock their full potential.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale data environments or digital transformation
• Experience working across markets or distributed teams.

Salary Range
Salary Ranges- $112,860.00 - $143,900.00
