SUMMARY

The Manager, Customer Marketing – Strategic Accounts & Special Segments will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing programs that strengthen partnerships with key strategic accounts and special segments. You will lead the creation of joint business plans, manage creative marketing assets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs. Your insights will shape marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and success for both our business and our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
   

  • Develop and execute joint business plans for co-marketing initiatives with key strategic accounts and special segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of shared goals.
  • Lead the development of creative marketing materials and assets tailored to the unique needs of strategic accounts and segments. Ensure assets are aligned with the brand and customer expectations and maintain ownership throughout their lifecycle.
  • Work closely with account teams and data analysts to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead the briefing process for creative teams, ensuring that all marketing campaigns are strategically aligned with customer objectives. Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from concept to performance analysis.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer marketing needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (sales, product, customer success) and external partners (strategic customers, agencies).
  • Lead the development of community-focused marketing assets, including newsletters, email templates, webinars, and other digital materials, ensuring they are aligned with campaign goals and customer interests.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives for strategic accounts and special segments. Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
  • Partner with the events team to launch and manage exclusive events for special segments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
 Education        

 · Bachelor’s Degree (in marketing or related field preferred); sales experience a plus

Work Experience      

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in marketing, customer marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and managing co-marketing programs, joint business plans, and creative campaigns.

           
Technical Skills    

  • Experience developing marketing programs and campaigns
  • Writing briefs    
  • Proven track record of developing launch plans
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership.
  •   Strong understanding of customer insights, segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
  •   Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  •   Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
  •   Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  •   Experience managing marketing assets, from development to deployment, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

-    Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
-    Comfortable working independently as well as within a group
-    Highly organized with excellent time management skills
-    Self-motivated and able to work multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-    Strong written and verbal communication skills
-    Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
-    Ability to occasionally travel (including weekend days) as needed for the company

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive.

The pay range for this position is as follows:

$86,300-$123,300
