The Manager of Communications and Branding is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company’s brand strategy and communication initiatives to support business growth, client acquisition, and employee engagement. This role ensures a consistent, professional, and compelling brand presence across all internal and external communication channels in a fast-paced BPO environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills, experience in B2B services, and the ability to translate complex outsourcing solutions into clear, persuasive messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging framework
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms, materials, and touchpoints
- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure compliance across departments and regions
External Communications
- Lead corporate communications, including press releases, thought leadership, and media relations
- Manage content for the company website, social media, blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral
- Support sales and client-facing teams with branded presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
- Coordinate branding initiatives for industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Internal Communications
- Develop internal communication strategies to support company culture, values, and engagement
- Create executive communications, company announcements, and internal campaigns
- Partner with HR and leadership on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Digital & Content Oversight
- Oversee content calendars and storytelling across digital platforms
- Collaborate with design, digital marketing, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets
- Monitor brand perception and engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as a brand steward and advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications, branding, or corporate marketing
- Experience in B2B, professional services, or BPO/outsourcing environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage brand strategy across multiple channels and audiences
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
Preferred
- Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations
- Familiarity with employer branding and internal communications strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media best practices
