In this role the Manager, Business Solutions will partner and engage with various functional and technology stakeholders on technology initiatives supporting Global Digital Distribution and other related businesses. Business support areas will include, but not necessarily be limited to Sales, Distribution, and Finance.
The candidate will manage and support business teams leveraging his/her functional and technology expertise in project management, the software development lifecycle and general business application support tobe a key liaison with these business groups. In this role the candidate will also work across our Operations and Technology teams that support business and technology areas, and this includes partnering across our technology organizations with our Engineering, Data Analytics, and Cyber teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a team of product owners, project managers, and business analysts responsible for driving business requirements, analyzing data and processes, and creating work products that lead to the implementation of technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation
- Manage the Digital Distribution technology and application roadmaps, incorporating new business needs in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners
- Manage the lifecycle of global applications supporting digital distribution, these could include the following:
- Projects for implementing and/or developing new solutions, or supporting and enhancing existing systems including Salesforce, Airtable, AWS, and Smartsheets
- Maintenance projects for technology upgrades, infrastructure migrations, etc
- Oversee project budget, scope and resources, review proposals and statements of work, and lead 3rd party solution providers to ensure platforms are maintained and technology deliverables meet business needs
- Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions through agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 or more years of functional and/or people management experience
- Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management
- Minimum 8 years of experience developing technology solutions to address business needs, applying software disciplines, with a strong understanding of software development
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application production support, change management processes and have a structured approach to troubleshooting issues and bug fixes
- Good overall understanding of technology, including but not limited to system architecture, infrastructure, integration, software development processes, and security technologies
- Strong ability to perform analysis of small to medium complex business, workflow, and technology issues to support decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to utilize technology to create innovative solutions
- Must be willing to work in the Universal City office
