As the Manager, Business Process Owner for Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and deploying end-to-end solutions that support our global ERP implementation program, Accelerate. This is your opportunity to drive strategic process design, collaborate across functions and geographies, and deliver innovative systems that improve how we operate and serve our customers.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design and deployment of global finance processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, and journal entry automation
- Drive adoption of standardized to-be processes aligned with ERP capabilities across divisions, functions, and geographies
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and guide solution design for SAP and related finance applications (e.g., Hyperion, Blackline)
- Coordinate testing activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing; identify business use cases and validate process outcomes
- Provide functional guidance for training development and lead delivery of training content
- Support data readiness activities including mapping, validation, and conversion of finance master and transactional data
- Lead process transformation initiatives and shared service migrations, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a change agent to drive alignment and adoption across the organization
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in complex multinational organizations
- Experience with ERP or global finance system implementations
- Strong experience with finance processes including GL, AP, AR, cost/profit centers, and indirect tax
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CA)
- 5 years of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) work experience
- Experience with SAP implementations and technology consulting
- Experience with financial planning and forecasting systems (e.g., Hyperion)
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Formal project methodologies and stakeholder management experience
$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
