POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Business Development is responsible for developing and maintaining new Premium business from Hong Kong, Macau and the rest of Asia. Their function is to promote Studio City while enhancing and retaining relationships of Premium casino players and cultivating new Premium players from the Mass casino floor. Each Manager, Business Development will be required to achieve client quotas thru theoretical calculations, reservations, or any other means the Studio City Management specifies. The Manager, Business Development will be expected to provide personal service to his / her guest throughout
the guest’s visit and to maintain personal contact after the guest has returned home.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop new premium business from Hong Kong, Macau and the rest of Asia and retain existing
- Premium valuable patrons
- Achieve clients quotas / targets / goals as assigned by the Company
- Provide professional customer relationship services with potential patrons and provide quality pre & post-guest services
- Maintain accuracy database
- Assist to support marketing events and programs that drive relationship with Premium players and develop business
- Occasionally inform patrons of the upcoming events and company activities through different communication channels available
- Support any projects / tasks assigned by Executive Director, Business Development

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience (please indicate minimum required and preferred experiences)
- Proven experience in VIP Services and / or Premium player fields
- Experience in gaming marketing field and relevant experience in event and promotion field is an advantage
- Displays a high commitment to improving customer service
- Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals
- Encourages people to work as a team
- Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
- Sound Knowledge in Macau’s casino business model
Education (please indicate minimum and preferred academic requirements)
- Tertiary Qualifications
- Degree holder or above in business administration or marketing field is an advantage
Skills / Competencies (please indicate requisite competencies that are qualified for the position)
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese essential, Mandarin highly regarded
- Ability to converse in foreign language(s) will be an added advantage
- Good leadership skills and able to supervise the team
- Pleasant and mature disposition
- Able to work on rotating shifts
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Able to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Able to analyse collected data in the report format
- Must be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environments such as, but not limited to noise, dust, cigarette smoke and fragrances
- Must be able to tolerate second hand smoke
