About the RoleThe Brand Marketing Manager – Denim is responsible for leading the strategic marketing initiatives that elevate and drive growth for our denim category. Reporting to the Director of Brand Management, this role will play a critical part in shaping seasonal campaigns, storytelling, and consumer engagement across owned and paid channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for denim, trend awareness, and the ability to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.What You'll Do

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the denim category, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and seasonal product priorities.

  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation of 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion, working closely with creative, media, and digital teams.

  • Product Storytelling: Partner with merchandising and design teams to develop compelling product narratives that highlight denim innovations, fits, and trends.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with social, PR, retail, e-commerce, and influencer teams to ensure a cohesive message and execution across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage data, competitive analysis, and cultural trends to inform strategic decisions and campaign development.

  • Retail & E-commerce Integration: Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to develop marketing programs that drive traffic, engagement, and sales both in-store and online.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.

  • Strong understanding of denim market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and PR channels.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, and merchandising teams.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
