You will own the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs, including ABM campaigns, event nurturing, and CRM-driven initiatives, while helping establish repeatable processes, results-driven reporting, and martech systems (primarily HubSpot) to support growth.

The role will partner with internal teams to create strategic content that effectively engages new and existing customers, and articulates our company value proposition to drive new qualified lead-generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and executing B2B programs that generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth.

Farlinium is a Platinum Qualtrics partner serving enterprise clients in regulated industries, providing a unique opportunity to succeed in a high-impact, client-adjacent environment.

  • Partner with sales to align marketing efforts to pipeline goals, account priorities, and follow-up processes
  • Plan and support field marketing initiatives (events, partner activations), including pre-, during-, and post-event campaign execution
  • Develop and maintain scalable marketing assets (thought leadership, landing pages, campaign frameworks, reporting structures)
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and marketing operations hygiene to enable accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute campaigns efficiently and consistently
Success Metrics (Measured Quarterly)
  • Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline contribution
  • Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates
  • Campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead)
  • Speed and quality of lead follow-up and lifecycle progression
  • HubSpot data quality and reporting accuracy

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in B2B marketing (services, SaaS, or partner-driven environment preferred)
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms), including campaign execution, workflow management, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across field, email, social, SEO, and advertising
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable improvements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise or regulated industry marketing environments
  • Exposure to partner or co-marketing motions
  • Familiarity with CRM data management and reporting best practices
  • Experience supporting sales teams with pipeline-focused marketing initiatives

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
